- No, payment is only accepted through the website. By paying through the website, you sign an offer contract with us, thus insuring your belongings. If employees offer to take payment in cash or by transfer, Ostavbagaz is not responsible for your belongings!

- The cost of storage varies from city to city. You can find the answer to this question on our website by selecting a location and clicking more details!

- You pay a fixed amount for each piece of luggage per day, regardless of size and weight. You can keep the left items for any number of hours within the working hours of the location!

- We do not have lockers, but storage areas. The maximum size of checked baggage is 100x40x60!

- No, the official confirmation of your reservation is the letter that arrived in your mail after payment.

- Your belongings are insured. When you pay for your reservation, you sign a service contract with us, which details the terms and conditions of storage and insurance of your belongings. For more details, please refer to the User Agreement section.

- All up-to-date information about the working hours of our branches will be available after selecting a location on the city map.

- After paying for your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with: Booking number; Address, opening hours and contact details of the location; Date of baggage drop-off and pick-up; Number of paid baggage.

- Either the location has closed due to technical reasons, and we were forced to hide it on the website, or the location has closed permanently, but the information online hasn’t been updated yet.

- The drop-off and collection of luggage are based on the booking number, which will be sent to your email after payment.

The client is not permitted to store the following items:
  • items that are dirty or contain toxic substances;
  • weapons, ammunition, explosives, or explosive substances;
  • flammable liquids or gases;
  • pesticides or other toxic chemicals, gasoline, paints, compressed gas, kerosene, cleaning agents;
  • fireworks, radioactive substances;
  • animals, plants;
  • narcotic substances or drugs;
  • food or perishable goods (unless frozen products are stored in a freezer), anything wet, moldy, rotten, infested, or damaged by pests, any item emitting a strong odor;
  • cash, valuables/valuable property, and securities;
  • illegal goods, waste;
  • any other items prohibited (or restricted) from circulation and storage under the laws of the Russian Federation.

- In such cases, you can call or message us using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation sent to your email.

- Our email may have gone to your "SPAM" folder, or you might have made a mistake in your email address when booking. In any case, you can always contact our service’s hotline.

- Extending a booking is done through the website by making a new booking.

- Contact our support team via email or messaging apps.

- Currently, payment is only possible with Russian cards and cards from certain banks in CIS countries.
